Monday

I went to bed at 1:00 a.m., got up at 3:00 a.m., and managed to get back to sleep after that.  I got up for the day at 10:00 a.m., just in time to help Mom get out of the bathtub after her bath.

It's raining today, so I don't know if I'll go in the yard to look at plants.  We have a lot of grocery shopping to do, though.  I am still very short of breath.

Later: Mom and I went shopping.  She was in a scooter and I was fetching things off the shelves for her.  It was a productive trip.

I am rereading Eli Easton's dog shifter books.

Later still: It stopped raining.  I have three tulips now blooming in the former vegetable garden.  Two are orange and one is pink, so they clash.  They're still pretty individually, though.  'Cheerfulness' and 'Yellow Cheerfulness' are blooming by the mailbox, accompanied by a patch of grape hyacinth.  We've got several patches of grape hyacinth blooming now around the yard.
