I turned off the computer around 11:00 p.m.  I finished the Charm of Magpies book I was on and went to bed a little after 1:00 a.m.  I woke at 8:00 a.m. and was going to go back to sleep, but Mom didn't want me to go back to sleep.

I went out and about in the morning, including to the grocery store.

I went with Dad to his appointment with Dr. H., the psychologist.  I tried to keep the focus on Dad.  There are a lot of ways I take after him, and I explained some of those to Dr. H.  Dad said he thought I acted as a "catalyst" for communication.  I'm not sure precisely what he means by that in his own mind, but it's an interesting way to look at it.

We stopped at a grocery store on the way back.

I finished up reading the Charm of Magpies-related books.

Later: I searched for K.J. Charles books on the Samhain website, and most of them had disappeared.  I had collected the Charm of Magpies books just in case that happened.  I looked around, and found the ones that had disappeared off Samhain's site were still on Kindle.  I got The Secret Casebook of Simon Feximal.  I stayed up reading a spooky book at night, which probably wasn't one of my better decisions, but I didn't have nightmares.
