Thursday so far

I went to bed at 1:00 a.m. and woke a little before 9:30 a.m., so that wasn't bad.

I got free and on sale books.  Loose Id was having a 50% off sale, so I got the rest of the Indigo Knights books and a couple of Astrid Amara books.

I saw the sleep specialist and his physician's assistant.  I said that when I went to bed at 1:00 a.m., I generally went to sleep pretty quickly and got up a little after 9:00 a.m.  They were pleased enough with that.

I went to the library and copied the recipes out of the books set in a Greek restaurant.  I went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and got pieces of cedar.  I went to the Amish market and got cheese and fruit.

I chatted for a while with Riah.

Later: I read a B.A. Tortuga Roughstock book that I don't think I'd read before.  Same general cast of characters, different protagonists.

I texted a little with WhiteSheepCBD.

Apparently Samhain Publishing isn't closing after all.  L.A. Witt posted an open letter about it.  She was busy getting a third of her backlist ready to republish.  She's pissed.  I'm glad Samhain isn't closing, but it seems like they've lost a lot of their authors' trust.

The_wordbutler posted another chapter of the latest fic in the Motion Practice 'verse.  Just about every chapter, someone "rolls their lips together."  But I enjoy the non-powered versions of the characters, and how they still have their personalities.  Yesterday die_traumerei posted the first chapter of a new fic, with a merman!Bucky.  It's very cute and fluffy so far.
