Tuesday so far

I turned the computer off at 11:00 p.m.  I turned the TV off at 11:30 p.m.  I was once again watching CNN.  From what little I've seen of Don Lemon, he usually tries to stay cool and collected, but he definitely had feelings last night, especially in his interview with Angelica Jones, a "transgender individual" who was the lead entertainer at Pulse for ten years.  They really seemed to connect as GLBT black people.  Lemon is gay.  Anderson Cooper had a lot of feelings when he was reading off the names of the people who had died at Pulse.  He is also gay.  Lemon and Cooper both talked a little about gay culture and gay clubs in some of their interviews.  Those two newspeople seemed to really connect with the story.

I reread some more of the Affinity 'Verse.  I only have a couple of chapters left of binder #10.  I went to bed around 1:30 a.m.  It took me a little bit to get to sleep, but not terribly long.  I had my window open because it was pleasantly cool, and it felt like I got a good amount of natural sleep.  I woke around 8:00 a.m. and couldn't get back to sleep, but perhaps that means I'll go to sleep early tonight.

Mom and I went to the carwash and to the grocery store.

A few hours later: I went to get my bangs trimmed and stopped at a hobby shop.  Glass beads were 50% off, so I got a string of violet-tinged ones.  After I got home, I showed them to Mom.  She thought they would make pretty earrings.

Later: I texted a little with J.-PA.  I texted some with J.

I watched more CNN.

Later still: I finished binder #10 of the Affinity 'Verse.  It's 1505 pages (so far).  I will start binder #11 with the next chapter.
