I sat under my full-spectrum light for a while, and finished reading Call the Midwife: Farewell to the East End.
I had my bread and various kinds of cheese for breakfast, plus the usual Greek yogurt, so I got my protein in with my carbohydrates.
I watched at the bird feeder for a while. The red-bellied woodpecker was at the suet. It had it out with a starling and won. The starling came back later. There were a flock of juncos eating on the ground below the bird feeder. I later saw a downy or hairy woodpecker, whichever one is smaller, at the suet. I saw cardinals at the bird feeder, and a blue jay feeding on the ground.
I have the hyacinth on the dining room window now. The scent of it is strong there and discernable in the kitchen. Mom may have me take it upstairs to my room.
Later: I put more food out for the birds. I got the Free Fridays Nook book and other books listed as free in the comments. I archived a bunch of books on Dad's Nook. I texted a little with WhiteSheepCBD. J. says he'll call this evening.
A few hours after that: I talked with J. for a while. I corresponded a little with die_traumerei. She said in her AO3 notes that there would eventually be a sequel to her chemically-named fic. I went out to our favorite Chinese take-out place for dinner. It's supposed to be very, very cold this weekend, but I will bundle up.
Later still: I watched "Captain America" again. I have yet to figure out where that "draw me like one of your French girls" line came from. I'll have to watch Winter Soldier again. Maybe it was a flashback in that one.
