Thursday -- garden club

I went to bed around 1:00 a.m.  S.M. called me at 9:15 a.m.

I made it to garden club just on time.  The afternoon program was about creating little backyard habitats by planting native plants.  It was interesting.  I already had a good many of the native plants from going to native plant sales in the Brandywine Valley.

I went out and about afterwards.  I got more hair stuff from the beauty parlor.  I went to the produce place and got a daffodil, a hyacinth and a tulip for $5 for the three pots.  That wasn't bad.  I went to the library and got The Midwife, an early version of Call the Midwife.  I stopped at the food court at the mall and got chicken and shrimp teriyaki.

I read The Midwife and watched a few more episodes of "Call the Midwife."
