I sat under my light from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., after breakfast. I should have gotten it in earlier, but I wasn't moving that fast. I had chocolate puerh tea. I got books from Dreamspinner Press while they were still 25% off. Most were ones I didn't have yet from Andrew Grey's Farm (Love Means...) series. I read some ways into the series, but the book with the blind violinist wasn't doing anything for me. I think it was that his parents were so very controlling. I sorted out books on various e-readers. I posted to the Goodreads Backlot Gay Book forum that MLR Press books were 25% off today at ARe. A few hours later, I posted there about the featured LGBT book on BookBub, that Deflowered by Jon Ginoli was on sale for $1.99. I enjoyed the book. I didn't make it to Giovanni's Room when Ginoli stopped there on his book tour, but I listened to Pansy Division songs after that, and read the book.
I finally got around to reading Rainjoy's latest exorcist fic posts. It was very slow-paced in parts of the action-adventure sequence because the characters stopped to think in great detail about how they felt about each other, for paragraphs at a time, and then there would be a sentence or so of actual action. But it was okay despite the slow pace, not as gory as other installments, like the one with the Hand of Glory. It's still very reminiscent of A House With a Clock in Its Walls.
Later: I went out to our favorite Chinese take-out place and picked up dinner. After dinner, I went out to the grocery store. I saw Z. I texted a little with J.-PA. She said she was decorating. I asked her to send me pictures of her decorations. The Christmas tree looked very nice.
