Wednesday so far

I turned off the computer at 11:15 p.m.  I read Chief Bender's Burden until 1:00 a.m.  I don't think it took me long to get to sleep.  I woke at 10:00 a.m. with my alarm and am up for the day, which isn't bad.

I read more on the HIV forum on Tumblr.  There have been great advances since the early 1990s, when I heard the most about HIV from my friends.  Also I must have read And the Band Played On in the 1990s.  It's amazing to think that people who are HIV+ and have access to good medicines can live a normal lifespan now, considering what it was like 25-30 years ago.

I have an appointment, and then I'll probably go to the grocery store.

Later: I made it to my appointment and then went to the grocery store.

I read more about HIV and other issues.  I learned that Hepatitis C can be cured now.  I got the Hepatitis B vaccine many years ago, when I was first working as a nursing aide.  It's fascinating to me to catch up on medical advances in treating HIV/AIDS and other diseases.

I chatted with Riah a bit, and with WhiteSheepCBD for a while.
