I saw that an editing job was ready for me to do, so that made me happy. I chatted with Jamie for a while. I did the editing job. I arranged to talk with A. this evening. It's been a pretty quiet day, but at least I've interacted and plan to interact with people who are real enough that I've communicated with them verbally and sent them stuff.
Two of the fics I'm subscribed to on AO3 had new chapters today, so I read those. One is an Avengers fic and one is a Musketeers fic.
Later: I read the "Muskequeers" series. I saw that Mellyflori had already read it. Probably the others in Te's group of online friends have, too, then. "The Musketeers" is a wee little fandom here, compared to shows with fandoms like "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" had, or like Glee had in its second season.
I stepped outside briefly around 8:00 p.m. The bee balm is blooming. I'll have to get some pictures. Hopefully it will attract hummingbirds.
Later than that: I gave P. a call and left a "Hi. How are you?" message. She called back and we talked for about half an hour. She brought up the shootings in Charleston. P. is a black Christian woman. We talked about it. "Some people are just evil," I said, although our deeply racist culture has a lot to do with it as well. P. agreed that also some people are just evil, though.
A. called, and we talked for an hour, catching each other up.
Kay (black-john-lennon) put up pictures of herself with the tag "blackout." I am not quite sure what that is, but I "liked" the pictures. Frequently, I think Kay should talk to Te about the awesomeness that is Ms. Amber Riley, and Te should talk to Kay about how wonderful Howard Charles is. Kay needs to catch up on her British TV watching.
