I chatted a bit with Jules. I wasn't moving fast. Mom and I headed out to the Brandywine Conservancy plant sale at the Brandywine River Museum. Mom stayed in the car and read while I looked around. I got a couple of 'Moonbeam' coreopsis, which are pale yellow, to go with the purple echinacea. I got a blue flag iris. They were sold out of bleeding heart.
Since we were fairly far south in southeastern Pennsylvania anyway, we continued along south to the Trader Joe's in Delaware. It is right over the state line, just off Concord Pike.
I was hoping for a Rainjoy update, but it hasn't happened yet. I'm sure I'll enjoy it when she does post a chapter. Te had put up a new chapter of her werewolf fic, which I am enjoying. There are elements in it that I expected, but there are some fresh twists on werewolves, too.
A couple of hours later: I finished up an editing job.
A flower on the 'Maid of Orleans' sambac jasmine opened yesterday, and filled the room with fragrance. More opened today. I am reminded of Affinity!Verse Athos. I feel like I'm surrounded by a room full of rich, heavy perfume.
Later: I had another one-sided chat with Te and told her about Camille Anthony's Bunny series, which had the female protagonist dealing with a lot of werewolves. I e-mailed her pictures of the covers. It's a box set now, with the cover being the original cover on the third book of the series. I forget why the female protagonist was dressed up in a little bunny outfit. There was a reason that was about as logical as it was going to get in that cracky series.
I chatted with J.-PA a little bit.
I chatted with WhiteSheepCBD for a little while.
