I put my new plants out and sprayed them with insecticidal soap. The basil looked a little chewed on. I put the sun-loving plants out on the table in the back yard. I put the shade-loving plants on the front porch. I sprayed Deer-Off on the daylilies and some of the roses. The coral bells had been partially eaten. I sprayed them with Deer-Off, too. I went back to the winter honeysuckle to enjoy the fragrance of that. The bumblebees are still busily at it.
I read the new chapter of the Affinity!Verse. The characters told what happened instead of the events being shown directly, but it went into their feelings about it.
I have an editing job to work on, which I will probably do later in the day. I have some sunshine to enjoy, and it may go up to 60 degrees out.
Later: I finished the editing job. Mom and I went to a grocery store. I went out to the gardens again a few more times. I watered the new plants. The Judd viburnum is beginning to bloom, and the lilacs are in bud.
A little later than that: I opened the back door and a rabbit ran from the direction of the herb garden. I brought in the new plants. I watered the jasmines. The royal jasmine (Jasminium nitidum) and the sambac jasmine 'Maid of Orleans' are in bud.
Later still: I chatted with Riah for a while. I chatted on and off with Te for a while. I checked my phone at 10:00 p.m., and saw that A. had texted at 5:00 p.m. Oops. We talked from 10:30 to 11:30.
