Tuesday so far

I went to bed around 1:00 a.m. or 1:30 a.m., I think.  I woke up with my alarm at 10:00 a.m., then got very sleepy soon after I started my morning routine.  I lay back down for a few minutes, then lay back down again for a bit after eating breakfast and using my full-spectrum light, which I'm sure didn't help my sleep schedule.

Ironically, I had an appointment with Dr. A., the sleep specialist.  I said that about six days out of seven I was getting up by 10:00 or 11:00 a.m.  That was actually a lot better than I'd been doing.  He gave me a few more suggestions and said he'd see me in five months.

I chatted with Riah a bit, and texted a little with WhiteSheepCBD.  I told Riah about the "Love Is For Children" series, and she said it sounded very interesting.

Later: I read "Love Is For Children" again, just the first in the series, the one the series title came from.  I did an editing job.
