I have editing jobs to work on.
Slightly later: I made it to an appointment.
Later: I called Ms. F.'s number, and P. answered. She said Ms. F. was in the hospital. Some days ago P. had wanted me to take her to Wilmington because Ms. F. was sick, but I had a lot going on with editing and other things, and hadn't woken up that long before P. had called.
I called J. to see how he and K. were doing. I had texted K. the other day to see how her new job was going, but hadn't heard back. J. may call tonight. If not tonight, maybe tomorrow night.
Mom wanted to do a Glee marathon. Not the entire run of the show, just the fifth season. I started out with the end of the fourth season, "Wonder-ful," and "All or Nothing," to remind her of what had happened before. I said that at the time, Cory Monteith had been in rehab, and for the fifth season, they'd planned to make a big deal of Finn's triumphant return. I said I thought that a lot had to be rewritten, especially in the first few episodes of season five. I told her about season six spoilers I'd heard, and how bummed out I was. I said that I was trying to wait until I saw the episodes before I went into a spiral. Mom said, "It's fiction." I said that was the other thing I kept reminding myself.
I texted WhiteSheepCBD. She said she had a busy day.
