Wednesday so far

I hadn't done much on Tuesday, but I got super tired around 8:00 or 9:00 p.m., and lay down at 10:15 p.m.  I didn't fall asleep.  I got up again at 11:30, and lay down again around 1:00 a.m.  I don't think it took me too long to get to sleep then.  I woke at 10:20.  Soon after I got up, I felt a wave of tiredness, and lay down for a few minutes.  I had breakfast, and then lay down for five minutes or so.  Sometimes I feel very tired right after I've gotten up, even if I woke up naturally.  I'm not sure why.

I have a library book to drop off and I'll probably go to the Y.  I am not feeling ambitious, but I'll try to get some swimming in.  I have an editing job to work on today and tomorrow.

Later: I decided to go get a non-fasting blood test, since I am seeing Dr. K. next week.  I have tiny veins.  The phlebotomist tried a couple of times on the veins on the insides of my arms, then turned me over to another phlebotomist, who took the blood from a vein in my hand.  The second one was probably the one in the lab who had "The Touch."  They said to keep the bandages dry, so I couldn't go swimming.  I dropped off my library book.

I stopped off at the house, then went to the Y for a mini-workout, the exercises for my knee and a little bit of walking on the treadmill.  I stopped at the grocery store on the way back.

Later: I worked on that editing job.

I chatted with WhiteSheepCBD for a while.

YMCA-P. called, and I talked to him for a while.
