I wrote back to WhiteSheepCBD again. She's trying to catch up with her correspondence, and I keep writing more. It's just so much fun to squee about "The Musketeers" and the Affinity!Verse with her. Also, I know probably more about e-publishing than the average person, so there's that. I am happy to share what I know there.
Later: Dad and I went to the grocery store. P. said my bangs looked "better" that what I had had, which was usually hair falling out of my ponytail.
Later still: I sorted out books on my Kindle. I had not done so for a while, and had gotten a bunch of free books in the last couple of months. Many were romances. I asked Mom who she'd heard of. She had read books by Jo Beverley, Susan Mallory and Jennifer Ashley. She hadn't heard of Brenda Novak or Maggie Shane or Vivian Arend. I think Vivian Arend is better known for her e-books. I have the first couple of Nature of Desire books by Joey W. Hill as Kindle books. I've read Natural Law and a later one in the series that's a paranormal. Ordinarily, I'm not much for series in which the books start out as contemporaries and then later ones become paranormal or science fiction. TeddyPig had things to say about a m/m one in the series in which a sub called his Dom because the sub was really sick, and the Dom didn't tell the sub to go to the hospital. I haven't read that one, but I'd probably be thinking the same thing.
I chatted with Riah a bit. She keeps people up to date with her life on Tumblr.
Weeds started a "Good is Contagious" meme. It's writing things that are good in your life/things you are thankful for. I came up with some. One of the things I said was that I was enjoying "The Musketeers" and that biracial Porthos was awesome for the representation and for being a cool character. That may draw some interest from Colton. Maybe from hernameispersephone, too, depending whose blogs she reads.
I chatted with Jamie for a bit.
