I read about Dumas' The Man in the Iron Mask. I think that's got some of the plot that episode 6 of "The Musketeers" was inspired by.
Later: Mom and I went out shopping. We went to a couple of dollar stores. I found face wash at the second one, comparable to the name brand. We went to the library, and I got Eminence: Cardinal Richelieu and the Rise of France out again. Mom got a couple of books she'd had on hold.
We went to the AT&T store, and asked about getting a new phone, as I don't use much of the data plan. They told me I could get an upgrade using Mom's phone upgrade. I asked, "What if Mom's phone breaks?" They said she could get a new one in June. Mom walked out. I said, "Thanks anyway," and followed.
We went to Radio Shack to look. The associate who helped us told us much the same thing, but didn't give us the hard sell about other plans that the AT&T associate did. We said we'd think about it.
We made the inevitable trip to the grocery store.
I looked at the sambac jasmine. It had a flower. The remaining tiger lilies still haven't been eaten.
