I have an appointment with the sleep specialist, so I need to write all this in my sleep logs.
Later: It took me an hour to fill out two months worth of sleep logs, which wasn't bad. Dr. A. said my sleep patterns were actually pretty stable at this point, as I almost always go to bed by 2:00 a.m. now, and usually get up by 11:00 a.m. He wants to see me again in five months. Dr. A. still wants me to start getting exercise. He said I should use the light again in the morning, since I said it was afternoon by the time I got outside.
I watched parts of "The Back-Up Plan," "Old Dog, New Tricks" and "The Untitled Rachel Berry Project." Hopefully Mom will watch them sometime this week.
