I read more online. Uly e-mailed me back. He thinks that Chris Colfer is a brilliant choice to play Noel Coward. I think it will be good. Further news is that it will be Noel Coward between the ages of fifteen and twenty-four.
Later: I went outside for a bit. It was rather hot, and windy. I watered the little plants I got from Logee's. I'll plant them over the weekend. The Rober's lemon rose geranium is blooming, and the finger bowl geranium, which has a lemon scent, is in bud. The geraniums are doing pretty well. I planted them very soon after I got them, and I think that helped. The 'Pocahontus' lilac is almost done blooming, but the white lily-of-the-valley is in full bloom. The stock and pansies still look pretty good, though it's been hot for them. The begonias and the portulaca are blooming. I'm happy with the flowers I got. The only things I'm still expecting are the bay and the patchouli from Logee's. I don't think I'll get too much more in the way of flowers, except maybe a few summer annuals when the stock and the pansies are done.
I did a rewatch of "The Untitled Rachel Berry Project." I was aware that when I did my original LJ episode reaction that I didn't say anything about Rachel. However many episodes viewers get for the sixth season of Glee, she's the lead female character, and I'm sure she'll be prominent. I just want for Kurt and Blaine to be left in a good place, as they were for the end of the fifth season.
Mom and I watched "Feud" and "Guilty Pleasures." I think she enjoyed at least parts of the episodes. I especially liked the Blaine parts, Blaine versus Sue in "Feud" and Blaine and Sam in "Guilty Pleasures." I said I'd never seen a Nicki Minaj performance, so that was lost on me, but apparently Sue did a good imitation.
I listened to the Lima Heights Adjacent podcast recap of "The Untitled Rachel Berry Project." The podcast folks seemed to be pretty punchy. They giggled a lot. It was the last recap podcast of the season. They're back to talk about the music of season five next week.
