I tried to go to bed at 12:30 a.m., but couldn’t get to sleep. I got up around 2:30 a.m. and had a belated midnight snack. I tried to go back to sleep a little after 3:00 a.m., and eventually I did.
My alarm went off at 10:00 a.m., but I turned it off. I got up at 11:00 a.m.
There was a garden club plant sale at a garden club in driving distance, but it was 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and I wasn’t moving that fast.
I looked online to see when the Tyler Arboretum plant sale was, and it was May 3, until 3:00 p.m. I got there a little before 2:00 p.m. They’d already sold a large amount of their plants, but there were a few left. I got an attar of roses scented geranium, and a “lemona” one. I got pansies, a New York aster, dill, pineapple mint, a yellow columbine, and other plants. They were sold out of red-and-white columbines. I like the blue-and-white ones, too.
I planted the geraniums and the pineapple mint. I put some of the other pots in the places I wanted to plant the plants.
Mom and I went to a couple of grocery stores. I got sushi for my midnight snack.
