I tried to go to bed around 1:00 a.m., but didn't go to sleep. I got up briefly and then tried to sleep again at 2-something or 3:00, and finally fell asleep somewhere along the line. I woke up around 9:00 a.m., and got out of bed at 9:15 a.m.
I finished up an editing job. I looked to see what the free Nook book for the day was, and it was a children's book. I have plenty to read. I will probably go to the grocery store, but don't have other plans. Dad said it was cold again today.
Later: I went to the grocery store. I saw J.G. there. She said we must be on the same shopping schedule. "I come here almost every day," I said. She said she didn't. I guess my almost daily visit coincides with her shopping times, though.
Mom had said she wasn't feeling well, which I took as my cue to provide dinner. Salmon was on sale, so I got that. I also got sushi for myself, in case Mom didn't want to have salmon for our dinner. I had some California rolls as a late lunch, and if I don't have more of them for dinner, I can eat them as a midnight snack. I got enough food for myself for a few days, but I'll probably be back to the grocery store tomorrow with Mom, accompanying her on her shopping trip.
Later than that: Fortunately, Mom liked the salmon idea. That would have been a lot of fish to eat by myself if she hadn't liked the idea.
I e-mailed A., J.-PA and S.M. I heard back from J.-PA. I'm sure the others will get back to me soon. A. and I are planning to talk on Sunday. S.M. and I saw each other on Monday and Tuesday. We may get together next week, maybe on a day that's not too cold, and not snowing. I think next week is supposed to be pretty cold, though. There's no reason for S.M. or me to go out in a snowstorm. But I'm sure we'll talk.
