S.M. came over a little before 3:00 p.m. We worked on the report of the year's activities of the garden club that she's going to give at a district luncheon meeting. I printed out a couple of copies of the final draft.
I showed her the back yard with the white mistflower and 'Duchesse de Brabant' blooming. We went around front, where the blue mistflower and goldenrod are blooming among 'Mme. Zoetmans'. The nasturtiums are still blooming, too. They were good all year.
After S.M. left, I finished watching "Yes/No." The part where Carole told Finn that his father had died of a drug overdose was very painful to watch.
I watched "Michael." I watched the deleted scene of the Warblers singing "I Want You Back" to Blaine. That gives the story more flow, rather than have it hop over points. However, there were a lot of songs in the episode. I wouldn't have minded the episode being longer, as I wouldn't have minded the Christmas episode being longer. It just seemed like there were some important Kurt and Blaine scenes cut from those episodes.
I watched "The Spanish Teacher." It would be great if Ricky Martin came back for another episode. They left it free for the character David Martinez to show up any time in a part of the show set at McKinley.
Later: I watched "Heart" and "On My Way." The talk about life being too short was also painful to watch. I watched the deleted bridesmaids scene in the middle of watching "On My Way."
Later still: I watched "Big Brother." I'd like to see Cooper Anderson back. It was good to see the canon relationship between the Anderson brothers. I did a fair amount of my Glee marathon today. I should be through the third season before the fifth starts.
Rainjoy updated "Grey." The end of the chapter was a cliffhanger.
Much later: I talked with A. for nearly two hours. He's writing an article on Bayard Rustin.
