In the evening, and during the times at night I couldn't sleep, I made a "Kindle lending library" shelf for the Kindle books I have listed on Goodreads. I added to my "Nook lending library" shelf.
We tried out a new restaurant close to where S.M. lives. It was a Japanese restaurant. I got sushi. I think S.M. got tempura. It was deep-fried. S.M. usually eats salads, so she was not too into the deep-fried and batter-coated meats and vegetables. I enjoyed my sushi.
We did some things for garden club when we got back to S.M.'s house. I showed her how to save a PDF attachment from an e-mail into a documents file, then attach the PDF to a new e-mail. She wrote it down, so maybe she'll remember. I'll let her do it herself a few times next time, with only verbal prompting.
We listened to Glee Encore, which is songs from season one. Her computer made the videos very dark. I couldn't find settings to fix that. You could still hear the audio fine. S.M. asked about getting something Glee-related for her great-niece O., who's fourteen and watches the show. I said she could ask O.'s mother if she had the DVDs. We looked up the price for the Complete Season One, which was $24.00 or so. S.M. was going to ask O.'s mother and think about it.
I looked around a bit at home. 'Mme. Isaac Pereire' is blooming.
I have an article to edit for A. and an editing job that's a fairy and werewolf story to finish up today or tomorrow.
Quietlygleeful's fic, "A Singular Gentleman," is up. http://quietlygleeful.livejournal.com/539.html
I brainstormed about how in 1890 a high-society Blaine could be multiracial. We came up with a biracial Blaine. The fic has warnings for racial and ethnic slurs, and outdated language and attitudes. Anyone who argues that someone who's mixed Asian and white couldn't look like Blaine can refer to reality.
Slightly later: I sent A.'s article back to him.
Rainjoy updated "Grey." I read the new chapter.
Later: I watched "Wonder-ful."
