It was drizzing on and off for much of the day. I got gasoline and did laundry. I picked back up with reading "Special," and finished that. There are other stories in the series, and I'll probably read them soon. Yesterday I just couldn't go from my editing job, in which I said some of the phrasing was too euphemistic, to reading a children's book, The Land of Stories: The Enchantress Returns. It was too soon. I'll get to that soon, too. I don't want to read spoilers online.
I watched "I Do" and "Girls (and Boys) on Film" for the podcast rewatch. I had watched them again a couple of weeks ago. What I did this time was watch the parts with Kurt and/or Blaine, and fast-forward through much of the rest. My memory was jogged by seeing the fast-forwarded parts. I still get sad when I see parts with Finn, or even read about him in a fic. If I feel raw, never having met the actor, I can only imagine how his loved ones feel.
Later: I listened to the podcast. There were technical difficulties again, this time an audio loop that repeated every few seconds. They solved that about halfway in. They covered a good bit. I'm watching the show for Kurt and Blaine, individually and together. The podcast folks are good about covering all the plotlines.
Later still: I talked with A. for forty-five minutes. He told me about his job, clubbing adventures, and the wild weather they'd been having in the Green Bay area this week. I told him about my week, which was relatively quiet.
