I took Mom to the grocery store.  I'll be glad when she gets her new glasses and can drive again.

I read her the first three chapters of Prince Joe, by Suzanne Brockmann.  I think it was one of Brockmann's earlier books.  This was a Mira edition, and it was published in 1996.  Mom had read the second book in the series, Forever Blue, and wanted to read the first.  The print was too small for her to read currently.  I think she read Forever Blue in large print.  I had started reading the third book, Frisco's Kid, a while ago, and then realized there were two previous books in the series.  I got the books at the secondhand bookstore where I was volunteering.  I got partway through Prince Joe some time ago.  I know roughly where I got to, and we aren't there yet.

I did some laundry.  It rained much of the afternoon and evening.  I hadn't slept Thursday night, and slept until 2:30 again.  I was doing better for a while.

I read some of Calanthe's Glee episode reactions again.  As far as I can tell, she started with "Bad Reputation."  Last night I read up through "Original Song" and figured that was a good stopping place.  I had starting saving the entries some time ago.  In between she has entries about teaching, and tap dancing, and other TV shows.  Sometimes it takes her a few days to write up an episode reaction, because she's grading papers or the like, but I watch for them.  Now that she's on Tumblr, she does some immediate reactions there, and then writes up a journal entry later.
