I went to the grocery store, which was busy. I was just quickly picking something up. I think it was good for me to get out of the house.
I watched parts of "The Role You Were Born to Play" and "Glease." It remains that the only new kid I'm really interested in is Unique, though I like Jake. He's not a bully like Puck was. Mostly, though, I'm interested in the kids who are GLBT.
I saw Tumblr posts about whether Brittany has an actual intellectual disability. It wouldn't have occurred to me, but people with more experience with intellectual disabilities than I have think it's quite possible. I defer to their knowledge, like I figure that Biyuti knows what they're talking about when it comes to race and being Filipin@ in the diaspora (and about being bakla, too). I follow the blogs of and/or correspond every so often with half a dozen or so people who are genderqueer or trans*, and out of those who are Glee fans, I listen to them when they have something to say about Unique. My reasoning is that I should give credit for knowledge to those people who have lived the experience.
