I missed most of last week's episode of the Glee Project, but I caught this week's.  Jane Lynch was the guest mentor.  (*spoilers*)  Charlie was the one to go home.  He had a lot of personality and was one of the people I was rooting for, but his behavior wasn't really going to change.  He has severe ADHD and is somewhere on the autism spectrum.  He didn't really make eye contact with people, but had no apparent trouble with being physically close to people, and talking didn't seem to stress him.

I don't know if the mentors were taking the ADHD into account when they noted how distractible he was.  He's very talented, and had a lot of compensation skills.  Those compensation skills didn't work for the program, but I'm sure he'll succeed somewhere as a performer.

I was rooting for Ali, who was particularly challenged by the slushie part of things, but didn't back down.  She's very determined.  Ali was one of the MVPs of the episode.
