Monday so far

I tried to go to sleep around 2:30 or 3:00 a.m. and dozed for a few minutes here and there until 5:00 a.m.  I had a snack and tried to go to sleep again around 6:30.  I got as far as having dreams while being aware that I was dreaming.  I tried to yell in my dreams, but could only whisper, so I guess I was at that point that my muscles and vocal cords were frozen.  I'm sure there are names for those states of consciousness.

I woke again at 10:30 feeling headachy and generally bad.  I self-medicated by drinking coffee and taking Advil.  That made the headache go away, and made me feel more alert.

I watched the casting special for the Glee Project season two.  It's a diverse group of contestants.  I wasn't aware there was a season one until considerably after it was over, so I missed the background of the people from that appearing on Glee.  This time I'll try to catch the episodes.

Later: I ran a few errands.  It was raining off and on.

Later still: I had texted J. mid-afternoon, because I hadn't heard from him for a while.  He called back around 6:00 p.m., while he was driving home from work, and we talked for about half an hour.  J. said that he and K. were having work done in the house over the weekend -- on the kitchen, I think -- and might come up to visit so they were out of the way of that.  I'm sure they'd bring Morris.
