Paul Neyron rose 2

Saturday

I should go to sleep soon.  I got a long line editing job done, so that was good.

Added later: I went out in the early evening to look at my flowers.  A rain lily started blooming.  We've been getting a lot of rain lately, so I expected that the plant would respond to that.  It's pink, and cute.  Dad took a picture of it on Sunday.  Several of the purple-leaved oxalises are blooming.  They have little light pink flowers.

I cut a flower from the 'Maiden's Blush' rose, and some from 'Leda' and 'Konigen von Danemark.'  I've been cutting flowers from the pinks from last year that are blooming now.  'Mme. Isaac Pereire' has been having a flower or two at a time.  I think the deer have been eating some of that.

The hostas are sprouting enough so I can see little (so far) leaves.  The begonias that I planted are doing nicely.  I think a couple of the butterfly weed (Asclepias tuberosa) plants have sprouted.  I still have more things to plant.  My back was bad again on Saturday, though, which contributed to it being a getting nowhere fast day.

I got another line editing job done late at night.
