Paul Neyron rose 2

Tuesday

I should go to bed pretty soon.

Later: I made it to an apppointment.

I worked out in the yard a bit, and looked around the yard to see what was blooming, or being eaten, or what.  Most of the crocuses have been eaten, and creatures are nibbling on the tulip leaves that are coming up.  I tried wrapping hardware cloth around tomato cages I put over the tulips, and that will hopefully protect some.

I cut a flowering stalk off the Roman hyacinth.  It has a spicy scent.  It is sort of a cinnamon-like scent, but with some hyacinth sweetness with the spiciness.
