Paul Neyron rose 2

Friday

I should go to bed soon.

Later: I worked in the "crocus garden" in the afternoon.  I dug up the purple irises that were growing on and into the side of the driveway.  They may be 'Matinata' irises.  I replanted some of the rhizomes a foot or two farther back from the driveway.  I planted others between the pot of forsythia and the green shed.  The irises are near the 'Festiva Maxima' peony that turned out to be alive after all, nearer to the shed than the peony root is.  The forsythia pot is currently near the part of the driveway where Dad parks, but the iris rhizomes are several feet away from that part of the driveway.
