Paul Neyron rose 2

I went to bed before 1:00 a.m., I think.  I woke sometime in the night with a charley horse in one of my calves.  It eventually eased up, and I went back to sleep.  I got up at around 8:30 a.m., I think.

Work was busy, but I didn't have to do any laundry or marketing today.  I'll probably do laundry again on Friday.  B. becomes animated when talking about recipes and what to watch for with food.  "Celery gets sour fast," he said.  "And then it will sour the whole batch of stuffing."  He also told me how to position a turkey so the breast stayed moist.  Earlier in the week, he'd given me a recipe for sweet potatoes cooked in orange juice.  I'll have to write that one down.

After work, I went out and about, including a quick stop at the grocery store.  I stopped home to pick up Mom, and we went to the library for a while.

In the late evening (and into the early morning), I finished reading Don Lemon's book Transparent.  I learned some things about his attitudes and opinions as of 2011.  I think many of the opinions are still basically the same, judging by things he says.
