Musketeers who's who
Paul Neyron rose 2

Musketeers who’s who:

“Real life” means an actual historical figure of the seventeenth century.
“Book” means The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas, in which these characters or historical figures are at least mentioned.
“Show” is BBC’s “The Musketeers.”
“Fic” is Rainjoy’s Affinity!Verse (http://rainjoyswriting.livejournal.com/188726.html and http://rainjoyswriting.dreamwidth.org/187727.html)

Edited to add: I am not counting listing of real life historical figures as spoilers.  I am not counting listing of characters in The Three Musketeers as spoilers for the show and/or fic.

Please add additions and corrections in the comments, and I will edit accordingly.

(*spoilers for characters*)

Made up, show: Phillipe Achille de Bourbon, Governor Feron, Louis' illegitimate half-brother.

Made up, show: Sylvie

Real life and show: Gaston, Duke of Orleans, known as Monsieur.  Louis' legitimate younger brother, who plotted against him.  The plotting happened in real life, too, although not the way it's going on the show, obviously.

Real life and show: Henrietta Maria, Queen of England and sister of Louis XIII.

Real life: Oliver Cromwell, mentioned by Henrietta Maria on the show.

Made up, show: Lucien Grimaud (but Grimaud was a valet in the book, so that's where they got the name)

As of March 15, 2015, let's celebrate a year's worth of the Affinity!Verse. :)  With Rainjoy's March 22 post, the Affinity!Verse passed 1,000 pages.  As of late March, we're through season two of the show.  As of March 22, 2016, let's belatedly celebrate two years of the Affinity 'verse and other Musketeers fic.  WhiteSheepCBD tells me that the new season (season three) will start in April 2016.  As of June 2016, the Affinity 'Verse is 1500+ pages and counting.  July 2017: Rainjoy's arm pains slowed down her writing, but we've gotten to d'Artagnan now.

Completed circle: Aramis, Porthos, Athos and d'Artagnan.

Completed circle: Flea, Constance, Ninon, Milady.

Sunday -- New Year's Eve
Paul Neyron rose 2
I went to bed around midnight and got up for the day at 10:30 a.m.

I did laundry.  Mom and I went to Walmart, and I got long johns and other clothes I could layer under my T-shirts and hoodies.  It is super-cold here, and is supposed to remain cold for another week.  It was a successful trip for me.

I did a lot of rearranging of e-books in my files and evaluating what I already had in the evening.
