Paul Neyron rose 2

Friday so far

I did slightly better at getting off the computer last night, at 11:41 instead of 11:46.  I was doing better for a while there.  WhiteSheepCBD has been too busy to flail about "The Musketeers" with much lately.  Now that I've delurked to Te -- after fifteen years, or at least five -- I've been flailing about "The Musketeers" with her.  I looked up Generation X, and it ran from 1994-2001.  My guess is that Te wrote her Chamber/Skin fic before Skin was killed off, so previous to 2001.  I'm not sure if I read the fic fifteen years ago, but it had to be at least five years ago.  I lay down around 1:00 a.m., and I think I fell asleep pretty quickly.  I woke at 9:00 a.m., so I probably got near eight hours of sleep.

I'm sure Te can understand that "perfect, perfect Porthos" attitude that Rainjoy's Affinity!Verse Aramis has.  She's impressed by Howard Charles' acting.  He's a Shakespearian actor and apparently quite the athlete, too.  He and Santiago Cabrera have lovely chemistry that contributes heavily towards Aramis and Porthos' epic bromance.

I did my usual morning things and sat under my full-spectrum light for probably 45 minutes.  Then Mom and I were off to Lancaster, to the outlets.  We went to Vanity Fair, Hanes (where I got hoodies) and then the Pepperidge Farm outlet, where we got cookies.  We stopped at a dollar store on the way home, and at the library.  I had reserved a copy of the first season of Downton Abbey, and it came in.  The girl at the circulation desk gushed a little about how good it is.  We went to Target, where Mom looked at Trac-phones for a bit, but she was tired, so we headed home.  She and Dad later went out to the church book group, which has a movie and pizza night once a year.  I stayed home so I wouldn't miss Glee.

I read some Avengers fic, rather a variety.  I read some Musketeers fic.

I'm sure I'll have more to say after Glee.

Later: "Child Star" was worse than "Funk" or "Night of Neglect."  I'm with Letters from Titan in hoping it doesn't stir up anti-Semitism.  I wasn't super interested in the new kids.  Next week Kurt and Blaine are back.  It was the first episode without one or the other of them since "Comeback" in mid-season two.
