Paul Neyron rose 2

Monday so far

I went to bed around 1:00 a.m.  It took a while for me to get to sleep.  I woke at 11:00 a.m.  The cabinet fronts and countertops were gone when I went downstairs.  I expect we'll get the new ones on in the next couple of days.

Mom was working 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  I told her I would go with her if she wanted me to.  I am now at the university where she works in the library.

Later: I returned Gay Voices of the Harlem Renaissance and Bulldaggers, Pansies and Chocolate Babies: Performance, Race, and Sexuality in the Harlem Renaissance.  I looked for books by Wallace Thurman.  The library had his books.  I got out The Blacker the Berry and Infants of the Spring.  They were reprints.  They were in special collections.  The library also had a reprint of Fire!!! in special collections.  I had read "Cordelia the Crude" and "Smoke, Lillies and Jade."
