Paul Neyron rose 2

Thursday so far

I tried to go to bed around 3:00 a.m. or so.  I don't think it was that long after that that I fell asleep.  I woke at 12:30 p.m.  I'd still like to get it to 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., but that hasn't happened for a while.

Mom and I went out shopping, and ended up going to three grocery stores.  Two were in [semi-local town].  We brought a cooler bag with ice in it for perishables.

I brought my e-reader with me so I could read while we waited in check-out lines.  I started reading Alex Beecroft's His Heart's Obsession.  I continued reading it when we got home, and finished it.  I thought it was good.  I'd recently gone book-shopping at Carina, though sadly I forgot I had a coupon code.  At Carina's site, books come in e-pub format, though you can also get them from Amazon for the Kindle.  Carina doesn't use DRM, though Harlequin does.  The e-pub print is rather small on the 2010 Sonys I have, but most e-pub print is rather small on them.  It's not just Carina.  With Samhain books, I use the LRF format, which is for the Sony e-readers that are older than that.  That makes it a couple paragraphs per page, but the print is a good size.
