I wasn't terribly ambitious today. I went out in the afternoon and cut down more of those weedy locust trees and much of a good-sized Tatarian honeysuckle that was by the clump of sassafras trees. You can actually see the sassafras tree now from the house.
I said hi to our neighbor V. and to Max the puppy, who is now four months old and has doubled in size since I last saw him. I sat on the ground. Max was now bold enough to sniff my fingers, and then lick them, and then jump into my lap. He continues to be very cute.
