Later: I actually didn't take a nap. I watched the birds consume quite a lot of birdseed and suet, and ventured out to the mailbox in the afternoon. It was kind of treacherous going, hard to tell how deep the snow was by the street. It wasn't icy, though, at that point, and I didn't fall down. There was no mail at 3-something. Dad said he'd check tomorrow morning to see if a mailperson had made it yesterday.
I helped a little with dinner and washing up. I wasn't feeling bad, but I wasn't feeling fabulous, either. And I knew it wasn't like we were going anywhere. I just wasn't feeling ambitious.
