Later: I went to bed a little earlier than usual, though it still feels like an hour later. I got up a little before 5:00 a.m., I think, and watched election results for half an hour or so. I went back to sleep until about 10:00 a.m.
I had a getting-nowhere-fast day today. Mostly I watched TV again to see how the presidential election would come out. As of 11:00 p.m., I still don't know. It's still nerve-wracking.
At close to 4:00 p.m., I took a break from TV and worked on weeding around the roses by the front porch, and pruning off dead canes. That was the most productive thing I did all day. I worked until sunset, so I got maybe an hour of yardwork in. I cut a good bit of grapevine and what turned out to be Japanese honeysuckle off of the 'Teasing Georgia' rose and the azalea.
