Later: I actually did go to bed very soon after that, and slept until 4:30 a.m. I read a book, and then went back to sleep around 6:30 a.m. I got up for the day around 9:30 a.m.
I went out and looked around at my plants. The poet's jasmine has another flower open. The iris I transplanted from the herb garden to the former rose garden on Saturday had been dug up, long enough ago that the roots had dried out. I replanted it and watered it. Most of the pots that I had put more dirt into on Saturday hadn't been disturbed again. There were holes in the dirt again in a few pots.
