Mom and I went out to the grocery store. It was crazy there. Apparently everyone is preparing for the apocalypse. I don't know why they felt like they needed to hoard toilet paper for the apocalypse, but that was all gone, plus most of the rolls of paper towels and boxes of tissues. The tissues are understandable. Gallon jugs of water were gone. I drink tap water, so I don't get that aspect so much. But the shelves where spring water, purified water and distilled water would be were empty. Mom and I found the things we were looking for. It was a successful trip for us, but the checkout lines were long and the parking lot was crazy.
I was on the computer for a while, and then lay down for an hour or so. I made it to the Friday Night Friends night out at the movies. The movie was titled "Onward." It had little references to other movies. T. said it had references to "Game of Thrones," too. I've never watched that or read the books. I certainly got the Dungeons & Dragons references. I never know how I'll feel about animated movies, but I thought that one was cute. I enjoyed it. Note: The movie theater closed the next day due to the idea of keeping social distancing. Also, the county libraries closed in mid-March.
