I got up for the day before noon. We have appointments with Dr. B., the podiatrist.
Later: We made it to our appointment with Dr. B. Mom went to a program at the church she and Dad attend. The priest, Father K., is leading a study of the book Sabbath, by Abraham Joshua Heschel. Mom is finding the book heavy going. Dad and I made it at 2:00 p.m., and Mom came a little later straight from the church. She was in time enough to have her time with the doctor, though.
Mom and I were not feeling ambitious afterward, though we'd talked about going shopping in the town. I had a nasty headache, and both of us had backaches. We went home. Dad stopped at Walmart to get a new windshield wiper, as one of his was broken, then came home.
I went to lie down in the afternoon, and mostly just rested quietly. I may have dozed off for a bit.
I talked to A.J. after dinner, and left a message for L.M. Once again I'm trying to catch up on my life. It was nice to catch up with A.J.
