Later: Despite going to bed relatively early, I got up at 10:30 a.m. I'm not sure why I'm sleeping extra-long.
J. came at lunch time. Dad was talking about going to the Helicopter Museum. We went to lunch first. I had a portobello mushroom sandwich. I just felt like something light at that point.
J. brought some of his videos that were Marvel movies made by other companies, like Sony or Universal or whatever.
Mom had no interest in going to the helicopter museum. Dad and J. and I went. We found that they closed at 3:00 p.m. instead of the 4:00 p.m. that we thought. We got there at 2:30. They gave us a break on the admission. I stopped to peruse the food trucks while Dad and J. went to the hangar to look at some of the helicopters kept inside. I went and met up with them as they came out of the hangar that time. I decided to get a lemon crepe. I had my crepe and went to look at the live hawks and falcons that J. was talking about. J. said that they'd had a kestrel out. That's a tiny falcon. It was not out when I was there. The hawks that were out were a red-tailed hawk and a Cooper's hawk. The red-tailed hawk was a pretty good-sized bird. It's not among the largest carnivorous birds, but it's reasonably large as birds go.
