I worked. HHA-B. had shown up on Saturday and told B. that she would be there Tuesday. That made me feel better. I brought the dog food R. had gotten for Miss Daisy up from the trunk of his car. I wanted to clean her bowl, so I put some of the dry food on a plate. Miss Daisy wasn't too sure about eating off a plate, so I hand-fed her and cuddled with her a bit. Cuddly pets are said to bring down people's blood pressure. Spending a little time with Miss Daisy settles me down. R. is hard of hearing, but he can tell that I talk to Miss Daisy when I'm working in the kitchen.
In the evening, I talked to A.J. for a while, and to J. It was good to catch up with J.
