I got up again around 5:00 a.m.
I window-shopped at Home Depot and the Christmas Tree Store.
Things with B. and R. went well. Miss Daisy remains my favorite, because she's the most adorable, sweet and obedient. B. likes that I want to do a professional job and add nice touches.
In the evening, Mom and I watched "Call the Midwife." *spoilers* Barbara was very, very ill, and Mom and I were like, "Oh, no, they can't kill Barbara off!" The other characters were upset that Barbara was so sick. Barbara seemed to get a little better, then got worse and died. The other characters were crying and crying, and Mom and I were crying.
I had asked A. earlier in the day whether he was up to have a chat on the phone. He texted a bit after 9:00 p.m. to see if I was ready to chat. "Yes, but they killed off the nicest character on the show, and Mom and I are weeping," I told him. He asked if I needed a little time. "No, no, if we wait for me to stop crying, we won't have time to have a decent amount of time to talk before we both start to fall asleep," I replied. So we talked for about an hour. I conked out shortly afterwards.
