I went to bed at 1:30 a.m. Dad woke me at 8:30 a.m. Some of the family is going to Aunt P.'s and Uncle D.'s to pick up a dismantled stairlift for Mom. I am staying home because I don't want to give everybody my cold. J. is going to help Dad. I said, "Kiss from a distance!" to him. Usually we hug, but he doesn't need the cold germs. It's like when I had the really bad poison ivy and no one wanted to hug me. That was understandable. I would like to see more of my relatives, but I definitely don't want to give them my cold.
I did an editing job in the morning.
I felt better later in the afternoon, after I took my allergy medicines and cold medicine. Mom and Dad and J. got back to the house around 5:00 p.m. J. helped Dad unload the pieces of the stairlift, then headed back to Baltimore.
